
REFUND AND RETURNS POLICY OF TOOLNEXATOP
At TOOLNEXATOP, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your order, you may be eligible for a refund or exchange under the following conditions.
1. Eligibility for Returns
- Timeframe: Returns must be requested within 30 days of the date of purchase.
- Condition: Items must be unused, in the same condition as you received them, and in the original packaging.
- Non-Returnable Items: Gift cards, downloadable software, and items marked as final sale cannot be returned.
2. How to Return an Item
To return an item, please follow these steps:
- Contact our customer service team at info@toolnexatop.com or call (585) 671-4259 for return instructions.
- Provide your order number, the reason for the return, and a photo of the item if it is defective or damaged.
- After approval, pack the item securely in the original packaging and ship it back to the address provided by our support team.
3. Refund Process
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
4. Shipping Costs
- Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, except in cases where the item is defective or damaged.
- Original Shipping Charges: Shipping charges are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
5. Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or model, you may contact customer service to initiate the exchange process.
6. Damaged or Defective Items
If the item you received is defective or damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product. We will provide you with a prepaid return label for the return and offer a full refund or replacement.
